The great hands on teaching collection for kids and adults of all ages. Great for K-12 and college age students, as well as Nature Centers, Scout Groups and others. Larger pieces are suitable for younger kids and individuals with handicaps. Great for sensory therapy. Teach students about types of furs, changes in fur with climate, adaptation of fur to environment and more.

Each collection includes 6 unique species. One of each in the following 5 categories plus one Wild Card. Exact species, our choice. Custom listings available for specific requests.

*Fur Bearer- Coyote, Beaver, Raccoon, etc
*Cervid (Deer)- Whitetail, Mule Deer, Elk, Moose, etc
*North American Game- Bison, Musk Ox, etc
*Exotic/African- Wildebeest, Tahr, Impala, etc
*Domestic/Farm Animals- Cow, Goat, Sheep, Pig, Llama etc

* Wild Card- Random Species- Could be from any of the 5 categories above or not.

Each collection will be made up of 6 inch by 6 inch pieces (measured on leather side). Each piece is a hair on, soft tanned piece, suitable for handling, softness of leather will vary with species.

Each collection is made to order, but no species choice available. If there is a species you absolutely must include in your collection, PLEASE contact me BEFORE purchase to see if it is available.

Each sample is marked with a number that corresponds to a key card included with each collection. Genuine, unaltered fur samples.
