Why WILDCAT?
WILDCAT : MARKETPLACE is dedicated to providing superior seller experience and support.
Selling on this platform features the lowest seller fees in the major online multi-vendor marketplace industry, and less restrictions for listing furs, taxidermy, and other oddities and curiosities for sale.
From eBay with their high fees and strict rules with natural products, to Etsy with their costly initial shop startup fees and their announcement to ban fur products outright beginning in August 2026, there are no reasonable alternatives for online platforms to securely buy and sell these types of products.
WILDCAT : MARKETPLACE aims to correct this issue and fill the niche that has been forced open by Etsy's fur ban and eBay's restrictions.

SELLER AGREEMENTS
By creating a seller account, the seller agrees to abide by these rules and regulations.
This is to protect you, all users of this platform, and the community.
Three strikes rule, two warnings and after the third violation of any of these rules, buyer or seller is banned FOREVER (there are exceptions to this rule, some violations will result in an automatic ban, no strikes, no warnings) |
It is 100% the user’s responsibility to KNOW these rules and the laws – this is not a classroom, admin is not here to teach you, this is a real platform with real consequences |
No illegal activity or sales ever |
Any user that conducts illegal sales or activities on this platform will be permanently banned from the site and the illegal activity will be reported to Federal Fish & Wildlife Enforcement and the user’s local/state Fish & Wildlife Enforcement |
I DO NOT WANT TO GET ANYONE IN TROUBLE WITH THE LAW – PLEASE – JUST DON’T DO ANYTHING ILLEGAL |
If selling any part of a US protected species, it must be sold and advertised with CITES tags – bobcat, fisher, mountain lion, wolf, etc. |
Any listing that needs a CITES tag must have a clear photo of the tag in the listing – no blurry or unreadable photos of the text on the tag |
No sales of any marine mammals |
No sales of any protected birds under the Migratory Birds Act |
No sales of anything protected by the Lacey Act |
No sales of anything illegal to own in that particular state/region – for seller or buyer |
Sellers cannot list or sell anything illegal to own or sell in their own state/region |
Buyers cannot purchase anything illegal to own or buy in their own state/region |
If a verified purchase of an item that is illegal to sell, own, or buy, is made, this will result in a permanent and immediate ban for both buyer and seller – no strikes, no chances |
Any sales of illegal items will be cancelled, sellers will not receive payment for the sale, buyers will not receive the item sold, and both seller and buyer will be banned |
State and regional laws must be applied and is the responsibility of the user to know their own state/regional laws, not the responsibility of the site/admin |
Even if a user claims they “didn’t know” about a certain site rule, law, or regulation, they will be issued the exact same warning/strike or ban that they would have if they “knew” the rules – there is no excuse to not know! |
Make all sales though the WILDCAT : MARKETPLACE platform/website ONLY – for buyer and seller protection |
Any sales that are made that were initiated on the WILDCAT : MARKETPLACE site but were conducted off the site will result in a permanent ban for BOTH buyer and seller – no strikes, no chances |
Harassment, bullying, or any foul play/conversation will not be tolerated for any user towards anyone on the site, seller, buyer, or admin – be nice, be polite, and be a good human being |
Only one warning will be given for harassment/bullying/foul wording offences, the following harassment offence will result in a ban |
Sexual harassment of any kind, including “just flirting” will result in one warning, the next sexual harassment offence will result in a ban – this is a marketplace, not a dating site |
Any strikes or bans administered to a user will be decided by a real human, not a bot or AI, humans make mistakes, so users may appeal the decision |
Any determination made by an admin about a strike or a ban may be appealed by the affected user one time – after the review of the appeal, the decision is final and my not be appealed or removed |
Any appeals about a strike or a ban will be reviewed by a real human/admin, not a bot or AI |
Strikes and bans are permanent and will follow the user if they create a new account on this platform – for example, if a user has two strikes and tries to make a new account, that account will automatically also have two strikes on record |
There will be a checkbox during the account creation process and the listing process that confirms the user has read and agreed to all of these terms and that they accept responsibility for everything they do on the site |
If a user does not know or is unsure about a law, rule, or regulation, ASK THE ADMIN, there is a live chat function in the site that will allow you to ask questions and raise concerns |
Strict NO AI policy, no AI enhanced photos or artwork or descriptions AT ALL – write your own descriptions, take your own pictures, make your own art |
Each listing with any AI components will receive one strike |
Any attempt to scam a buyer or seller out of money or an item will result in a permanent ban, no strikes, no chances |
It is not the admin’s goal to administer strikes or bans, but it will be admin’s responsibility to do so if necessary |
